United Methodist Men
All men of OWUMC are invited to join this group that meets on the second Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. in Stanfield Hall. Please come and join us for fellowship, fun, church work projects and to enjoy the company of other Christian men like you. United Methodist Men exists to declare the centrality of Christ in every man’s life. Any questions or if interested, click here
United Methodist Women
All women of OWUMC are invited to join one of the seven circles, (small groups of women within the UMW) who meet monthly for fellowship, fun, and learning. Our purpose is to know God, to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ, to create a supportive fellowship and to participate in mission work through various means. Singles Club Ministry
The Singles Club extends a hearty welcome to each single in the church. We meet on the fourth Thursday of the month in Stanfield Hall. In addition to playing cards or other games, we love to dine out at local eateries chosen by our members. We are open to your fun ideas and love to share in a yearly potluck luncheon. Parish Nurse Ministry
Ocala West UMC supports a staff parish nurse. This church based ministry is available to all age levels. The parish nurse ministers to the whole person; body, mind and spirit. Information is provided through health classes, lectures and literature. A trained counselor gives caring support in home, hospital, nursing home and rehabilitation visits. If you need assistance, please call Nancy Dennis at (352) 854-9550.
